What we do

Developer Box was built to share the knowledge and experiences of website designers and website developers among the community.

Our articles range from news to programming tutorials and are aimed at accommodating a wide range of topics and abilities. We try to make everything easy to follow, because we realise that not everyone wants to read the whole article.

We aim to build a community of website designers and developers who can contribute to the site through the comments or even by writing articles for us.

We have big plans for the future; once the site is on its feet we will be opening up a forum. Web designers, developers or even people just starting out can easily ask questions on any website related topic and they will be answered by the Developer Box community. Also, we would like to provide a way for people to download resources that we have made and use them in their work.

History

What history? Developer Box is just a baby; over 2011 we’ve been putting together the site and preparing it for launch at the start of 2012.

Adam Lewis

Role: Managing Director

Experience: Adam is a self-taught programmer and web designer, at the age of 16 he has already had experience on large complex projects and has built the Developer Box site to share his expertise.

Main Skills: PHP development, SQL Databases, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

Other: Usability Design, Mobile Design, Search Engine Optimisation, Photoshop, C++.
